The location is excellent with easy access to nearby entertainment options. The staff were friendly and helpful. the room was quite small and lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee facilities, which could be improved for greater comfort.

missingWrote a review on 21 Novcramped room
The room setup is cramped, especially for three people. it feels awkward even for two. The privacy is nonexistent with a shower behind a see-through door with a poorly designed handle, making modesty a concern. The toilet is in a tiny space without a proper lock, and its cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with signs of neglect around the facilities. No tea or coffee amenities in the room add to the inconvenience as you need to go to reception for basic refreshments. Lastly, the bunk bed setup is impractical for adults, as not everyone can navigate the top bunk, not to mention the linens being left to sort themselves.
